See what you would get

A sample first-phase report, written for a fictional client.

This is a sample of the report you get from the paid first phase, written for a fictional client so you can see what the $2,500 buys. None of its people, numbers or findings belong to a real company. A guarantee stands behind the real one.

Book your strategy call

Free. 20 minutes. No commitment. I’ll listen first, then send you a summary of how, and whether, I can help.

What you get

A written report you can act on, and the evidence behind it.

The sample runs 14 pages. A summary you can act on alone comes first, then the findings, a recommendation with its conditions, and appendices that hold the evidence. Here are six of its pages and what each one does for you.

The summary page of the sample report: a one-sentence governing thought, three headline numbers, and the recommendation. (PDF page 4.)
The summary stands alone. A reader who stops here knows what was found, what to do and what they are not obliged to buy.
The findings page: each finding states a claim, its evidence, how confident we are and what it means for the owner, plus one hypothesis that was ruled out. (PDF page 6.)
Every finding shows its evidence and how sure we are, and one is a hypothesis the evidence ruled out.
The recommendation page: a conditional proceed with two checkable conditions, what would change the recommendation, and what the next phase produces. (PDF page 7.)
The recommendation says what has to be true first, and what would change it.
A chart of management hours per week for three layers of the agency, now and with a larger deal, against capacity, with the over-capacity gaps labeled. (PDF page 11.)
The model behind the central finding, with its assumptions and its limits stated.
The appendix describing four rounds of questions put to the owner, and the gap between what they said and what the evidence showed. (PDF page 13.)
How the diagnosis works: the questions asked, and where what the owner says and what the evidence shows come apart.
A checklist mapping each item promised in the written list to the page of the report that meets it. (PDF page 14.)
The written list the guarantee covers, and where each item is met.

Why it is worth the fee

It tells you what to decide, and why, before you spend more.

What the owner asked

“Everyone tells me AI can sort this out.” The owner wanted AI to explain the business.

What the report found

The business could not take a larger deal as it runs, the owner was the queue for decisions, and its data could not show why. Fix what is captured first, then use AI on it.

That is the work: the report starts from what you say you want, tests it against evidence, and tells you what to do first and what would change the answer. Every finding shows its evidence and how sure we are.

What stands behind it

A written list of what the report will contain, and a refund if it misses.

If you go on, the $2,500 is credited in full against the next phase. If the report misses anything on the written list we agree before I start, I fix it or refund the $2,500. The credit and the guarantee

The report is yours to take to anyone.
