For businesses with a new offering to launch or a system to fix
I've built systems like this at enterprise scale. That's how I know which parts you can leave out.
Free. 20 minutes. No commitment. I’ll listen first, then send you a summary of how, and whether, I can help.
FIG. 0 · JCD MARK, CONSTRUCTION
Architecture, design specification, implementation, and the training to run it — delivered end-to-end, or I'll help you make it happen.
Where I start
The paid first phase in five steps, from the owner interview to a written recommendation and the decision to build or stop.
It starts with a paid first phase: a diagnosis of how you run, or an assessment of what you plan to launch. Nothing gets designed or built until we write down the real question, with a shared definition of success. If the answer is not to build, that is what it says.
I write the architecture, specify what gets built, and build it. The diagnosis and the build stay in the same hands.
Then I train your team and step back. What stays behind is something your people can run without my help.
How you buy it
End-to-end delivery
You get a written architecture, a technical specification, implementation, and training to operate it.
Specification and build-out guide
If you’d rather have your team or a partner build it, I’ll ensure they have what they need to get the job done right.
Where the method came from
Work I've done at enterprise scale. Building at that size is how I know what a business your size does and doesn't need.
“From explanation of the user's challenge, to inception of design, through prototyping, refining, some pretty challenging feedback and countless customer interactions, Jason was there to guide us, teach us and learn from us.”

The Offering Engagement opens with a paid assessment of the decision. The Operating Engagement opens with a diagnosis that concludes before anything is built.
Before either one, there's a free 20-minute call. I listen, then send you a summary of how, and whether, I can help.
Everything after that gets quoted against what the diagnosis found, one outcome and one fixed price at a time.
If you want me around after the build, that's a separate conversation and a separate decision.

I lead a paid diagnosis personally, looking at what you're trying to do, how the business runs now, what your customers experience, and where the friction is.
You leave with a written recommendation: what the real problem is, what to address first, and what it takes. If the answer is something other than “build it,” that's what it says.
